Final Trim Posi Track Operator – Civil Construction
Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region
Pay: $45–$50 per hour (flat rate, based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Final Trim Posi Track Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality finish work and enjoys working within a small, supportive crew.
About the Role
You will be responsible for final trim and site preparation work, operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer to precise levels and specifications across a range of civil and private projects.
Training in our machine guidance system will be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer for final trim work
- Preparing surfaces to final levels and specifications
- Reading and working from civil and construction plans
- Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
- Working closely with supervisors and the site crew
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer in final trim applications
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong understanding of levels, grading and finishing
- High attention to finish quality and accuracy
- Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working outdoors
- White Card (required)
- Driver’s Licence (required)

We’re looking for an experienced All-Round Operator who can confidently handle a range of civil machinery and work both independently and within a tight-knit team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Final trim with a skid steer.
- Operate excavators confidently and safely.
- Hold a minimum HR Licence.
- Read and work from plans.
- Pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to finish quality and surface appearance.
- Fit, reliable and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- White Card required.

We’re looking for:
A reliable and skilled screed hand or rake hand with experience in asphalt laying and finishing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Screeding and raking hot mix asphalt on driveways, roads, carparks and other surfaces.
- Assisting the crew with handwork, including edges, joints and tie-ins.
- Operating hand tools such as shovels, rakes, screeds and compactors.
- Helping guide the paver and finish off by hand as needed.
- Working in a tight, efficient crew where reliability and work ethic matter.
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an asphalt roller operator or in asphalt compaction work, minimum 1–2 years preferred.
- Competent operating rollers and compactors safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to finish quality and surface appearance.
- Fit, reliable, and used to outdoor labour.
- Team player who communicates clearly and follows directions.
HR licence highly desirable but not essential. - White Card (Construction Induction) required.

Roller Operator
Location: South West WA – Bunbury / Busselton / Margaret River Region

We’re looking for:
A reliable and skilled screed hand or rake hand with experience in asphalt laying and finishing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating asphalt roller equipment including plate compactors, pedestrian rollers, steel drum or multi-tyre rollers to compact asphalt to specified levels.
Ensuring compaction is achieved without over-rolling, marking, or damaging the surface. - Monitoring temperature, thickness, and finish quality during the rolling process.
- Working closely with the rake hand and paver operator to coordinate rolling patterns.
- Adjusting roller settings and techniques based on site conditions and material.
- Taking care to avoid damage to kerbs, driveways and structures, particularly in tight residential areas.
- Maintaining equipment through daily pre-start checks, cleaning, and reporting faults.
- Assisting with general site tasks when not operating the roller.
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite at all times.
