Civil Works

Pre-Construction Activities
Comprehensive dilapidation reporting conducted prior to works commencement, ensuring a clear understanding of the existing site conditions.

 Site Setout Surveying
Accurate set out surveying for all proposed works to ensure precision in project execution.

 Demolition & Site Preparation
• Removal of redundant infrastructure, including pathways, pavements, kerbing, seal, and stormwater assets.
• Tree and vegetation clearing, often in environmentally sensitive locations.
• Bulk earthworks, including topsoil stripping, cut-to-fill operations, and installation of clean fill.
• Subgrade level preparation and compaction to meet design requirements.

 Drainage & Stormwater Management
• Installation of complete stormwater systems: pits, pipes, swales, drains, and rock pitching to ensure effective water management and site sustainability.

Finishing Works & Supporting Infrastructure
• Survey operations including set-out and as-constructed (ASCON) reports compliant with R-Spec and D-Spec.
• Traffic, safety, and dust management maintained throughout the project duration to minimize disruption.

 Quality Assurance – Civil Work
• Site Pegging: Verification of clearing boundaries.
• Earthworks & Excavation: Inspection of depth and material suitability.
• Subgrade Preparation: Validation of compaction and stability.
• Subbase & Basecourse: Approval of placement, levels, and compaction.
